VI International Workshop on Pollutants in the Environment
In its seventh edition, the event held since 1994 by Radioisotopes Laboratory Eduardo Penna Franca, the VI International Workshop on Micropollutants in the Environment aims to once again bring together the leading names, national and international, in micropollutant research area and its dynamics in the environment. In previous editions, the event has brought prominent researchers from Japan, several European centers of research, South and North America, and Brazil. On these occasions, discussions and exchanges of ideas on the latest and innovative topics and technologies on the subject were stimulated, allowing the transfer of knowledge, learning of new technologies, and enabling direct contact of young Brazilian researchers with experienced international researchers. These events led to new partnerships, innovative projects and opportunities for improvement of Brazilian researchers in international centers of excellence.
